What is SEPALink™?
From August 1st 2014, Irish Banks will no longer be able to accept the current Standard-18 format. SEPALink™ is a new product from Celtrino to enable businesses produce SEPA compliant direct debit and credit transfer files. It converts the current Standard-18 format files used by Irish banks into the new SEPA standard files. It is compatible with both individual and batched files.
Does SEPALink™ work with my bank?
SEPALink™ produces SEPA compliant files which are accepted by all Irish banks as well as European Banks.
How secure is my information?
All communications with the SEPALink™ website are done over SSL using high-grade encryption. No unnecessary information is stored, no transaction details are captured, and all user-details are encrypted before storage in our datacentre.

What is a Creditor Identifier?
The Creditor Identifier is used to uniquely identify bank users and is provided by your bank. It is the successor to the OIN (Originator Identifier Number) You may have already received one from them and if not you can contact your bank account manager and they will be more than happy to assist you in getting one.
What are the costs?
There is an annual charge of €199 for the use of SEPALink™. There are no setup fees or other costs.
